Introduction to Ceramic Electric Heating Coils
Ceramic electric heating coils are not made using the common mica winding method, but rather by threading ceramic strips with wire. Therefore, the power of this product is 0.5 to 1.5 times higher than ordinary ones. The heating element is made of imported round wire coiled into a spring shape and threaded into ceramic strips to form a coil. The outer cover is made of Japanese stainless steel, and high-temperature insulation cotton (aluminum silicate fiber board) is used in the middle to prevent heat leakage. The ceramic strips are high-frequency ceramics, which have the advantages of fast heat transfer, hardness and resistance to breakage, and resistance to deformation and aging at high temperatures.
Advantages of Ceramic Electric Heating Coils
1. Fast heat transfer, uniform heating, and stable operation.
2. No heat leakage, saving electrical energy; the outer cover is not hot to the touch, ensuring safe operation.
3. High power of the product; the power of the ceramic strip threading method is 0.5 to 1.5 times higher than ordinary ones.
4. European and American high-temperature heating wires have the characteristics of fast heat dissipation, uniform heating, and high-temperature stability.
