The sliding contactor should be installed flat and firmly, with smooth sliding contact surface and good contact. The center of the sliding contactor should not exceed the edge of the sliding contact line during sliding. The slider should be flexible without jamming, and the insulation parts should be complete. Observe and check during trial operation. The metal frame of the safety sliding contact line with a height below 3.5m should be reliably grounded, and the cross-section of the grounding wire should be correctly selected. The grounding wire should have no missing connections. Observe and check. Trial operation and acceptance items for safety sliding contact line: after the installation of the safety sliding contact line and soft wires is completed, check and clean them, use a megger to measure the insulation resistance between phases and to ground, the resistance value should be greater than 0.5MΩ. The sliding contactor should be installed firmly according to the product regulations, and slide reliably along the safety sliding contact line. At any position, the centerline of the sliding contactor should not exceed the edge of the sliding contact line. After the detection meets the requirements, power on for no-load operation. After checking that there are no abnormal phenomena, then run with load. After the safety sliding contact line sliding contactor slides smoothly with the sliding contact line throughout the entire stroke during operation, without large sparks and abnormal phenomena, hand it over to the construction unit for use.
