However, insulators usually have certain oxidation conditions, which may only occur after a few years of use, but there may also be some harsh environments and some problems that appear after a few months.  Therefore, it is recommended that everyone should handle insulators promptly. If insulators fall off, they also need to be replaced promptly. Only in this way can the safe use of subsequent power projects be truly guaranteed.  



   When installing the busbar, it must be kept horizontal and vertical. If there are any problems or improper installation of the track, it will have a great impact.  We should also know that these slide rails are often used in daily life, so some deviations are inevitable.  When we perform daily maintenance, we should do basic inspections. If there are any problems, we must handle them promptly.  Deviations greater than 20 mm need to be resolved.

Deviation  

   When checking the busbar track daily, we must look at its straightness. If the deviation exceeds 20 mm, it proves that we need to make subsequent adjustments.  For this kind of track, it is recommended that everyone check it every one or two months, at least once a quarter, to understand whether there are any problems with the track.  However, if there are serious deviation problems, we must adjust them and cannot continue to use it.
