  Cable tray manufacturer analyzes the five major factors for the performance of aluminum alloy cable tray. Aluminum alloy cable tray is a type of cable tray, which has excellent characteristics of aluminum alloy. There are mainly five factors affecting its performance: materials, stamping, welding, anodizing, assembly and packaging. The details are as follows:



  1. Materials: The hardness, oxide film thickness, sealing quality, and surface quality of the side rails and ladder rungs respectively affect the load-bearing capacity and corrosion resistance of the aluminum alloy cable tray. According to our experiments, under the same support and suspension span distance, a small change in the hardness of the side rails and ladder rungs can lead to a significant change in the allowable uniformly distributed load of the tray.



  2. Stamping: The connection holes of the cable tray manufacturer's trays are all formed by die stamping. Based on the properties of aluminum alloy plates, the clearance between the punch and die is calculated as Z = (10 - 15)% t (Z is the clearance value, t is the plate thickness). From production practice, 13% t is optimal. Maintaining such clearance results in smooth stamped holes, fewer burrs, and minimal material deformation. This way, the polishing process can be omitted for Henan cable trays.



  3. Welding: AC tungsten argon arc welding is used to ensure the welding effect. Heat treatment should be performed after welding to ensure good characteristics of the weld joint, thereby ensuring the load-bearing capacity of the aluminum alloy cable tray.



  4. Anodizing: The side rails and ladder rungs use conventional anodizing technology to meet the anti-corrosion and decorative requirements of the tray. It is worth noting that when we anodize 1060 aluminum alloy plates, yellowing and graying of the plate surface have occurred, leading to scrapping of the plates. Experiments have shown that the yellowing and graying of some aluminum plates after anodizing are related to the chemical composition of the aluminum plate, surface condition, additives in the alkaline etching bath, and technical parameters of the anodizing bath.



  5. Assembly and Packaging: During assembly, care should be taken to avoid contamination of the tray to prevent affecting the surface quality of the Henan cable tray. After inspection according to technical standards, confirming that the dimensions, surface quality, and load performance of the tray meet requirements, it can be packaged.
