XQJ Series Cable Tray is suitable for laying power cables with voltage below 10kV, as well as control cables, lighting wiring, etc., in indoor and outdoor overhead cable trenches and tunnels.
(2) Structural Features and Installation
XQJ Series Cable Tray has the characteristics of complete varieties, wide application, high strength, low cost, simple construction, flexible wiring, standard installation, and beautiful appearance, which brings convenience to your technical improvement, cable expansion, and maintenance and inspection.
XQJ Series installation can be adapted to local conditions. It can be installed overhead along process pipelines; suspended from floor slabs and frames; side-mounted on indoor and outdoor walls, columns, tunnels, and cable trench walls; it can also be installed on open-air columns or supports. When large multi-layer trays are lifted or vertically installed, symmetrical installation on both sides of I-beam columns should be adopted as much as possible.
XQJ Series can be laid horizontally and vertically; can be branched at corners, T-shapes, and cross shapes; can be adjusted in width and height.
(3) Layer Arrangement of Cables
1. In the layer arrangement, weak current control cables are on the topmost layer. Then general control cables, low-voltage power cables, and high-voltage power cables are arranged downward in sequence. (See the table below). This arrangement is conducive to shielding interference, cooling of power cables, and convenient construction.
