JD4-20/40 (Aluminum Composite Tube 120 Large Four-Pole) Busbar Current Collector is also known as a busbar current collector. In the busbar, current is conducted through the current collector to the electrical equipment. The current collector is installed on a bracket, which is mounted on the moving equipment. As the equipment moves, the carbon brushes on the current collector move within the busbar, ensuring uninterrupted power supply. The capacity of the current collector must match the capacity of the conductor. Typically, current collectors come in specifications such as 100A and 250A. When the capacity of a single current collector is insufficient, two current collectors can be connected in parallel on one conductor to double the capacity. The carbon brushes on the current collector are made of copper-containing carbon base pressed under pressure. They are tough, pressure-resistant, have good electrical conductivity, and possess a certain degree of lubricity. When worn to a certain extent, they need to be replaced promptly.
