Dari Electric recommends
JY Busbar Plug-in Box Connector is widely used as the main power transmission equipment in high-rise buildings. Copper busway, busway can be installed in the strong current shaft. Because the compact bus has advantages such as small size and good conductivity, it occupies less space in the shaft. The compact bus in the shaft can be made into plug-in bus, and according to needs, outlets can be reserved on each floor. According to the electricity demand of each floor, plug-in boxes with different currents can be installed to draw out power. The switch inside the plug-in box can be opened and closed independently, making power use safe and convenient. Insulated busway, these are things that cables cannot achieve. The switch in the plug-in box can use different brands according to customer needs. For safety, each plug-in box can be independently equipped with shunt trip auxiliary and fire forced-off. When power problems occur on different floors, the switch automatically trips without affecting the main bus power supply. The types of busway are constantly being updated. So, what types of busway have been updated recently? Next, we will understand in detail and see the advantages and disadvantages of various types of busway. When installing a closed busway, the overall structure should be horizontal and vertical. When installed horizontally, the height from the ground should not be less than 2.2m; when installed vertically, it should be above 1.8m from the ground. Supports should be added at the corners of the busway and at the connections with plug-in boxes. When supports are installed in rows, they should be arranged neatly with uniform spacing, and the distance between supports should not be greater than 2m. When the terminal box and initial box of the busway are suspended, they should be fixed with supports. The supports on walls and ceilings must be fixed with two expansion bolts, and the expansion bolts should be equipped with flat washers and spring washers.

Installation sequence:
1) The important thing is to select the wiring direction
2) Fix the support. If the support is not fixed, it will cause danger in later projects
3) Tighten between slots with four bolts
4) Clean the busbar connector and the inside of the trunking
5) Then add busbar connector plates and insulating pads between phases
6) Insert single-head bolts into insulating sleeves
7) After alignment, insert the bolts into the pre-drilled holes of the busbar
8) Protection of the shell: tighten both ends and add upper and lower cover plates
9) Fix the busbar on the support.
