Copper graphite carbon brush is one of the important types of carbon brushes. Since its main components are copper powder and carbon powder, it is also called copper-carbon alloy carbon brush. Copper graphite carbon brush has the advantages of small resistance coefficient, strong conductivity, fast heat conduction, resistance to arc erosion, high temperature resistance, good lubrication performance, and corrosion resistance. Busbar current collector is one of the most important components in the busbar system. The busbar current collector is the main device for picking up electrical energy on the current collection side in the busbar system. It directly conducts electrical energy to the electrical equipment through the sliding contact between the current collection brush and the guide rail, thereby achieving mobile power supply for the system. The current collector consists of two parts: a mechanical tension device and a current collection brush that directly slides in contact with the guide rail.
The mechanical tension device determines the sliding contact pressure between the current collection brush and the guide rail and the stability of the mechanism. The current collection brush is the conductor that slides in contact with the guide rail to pick up electrical energy.
