 This product uses tubular electric heating elements as the heating body, reasonably bent and formed, then cast into various shapes with high-quality aluminum alloy material in molds, including disc type, flat plate, right angle type, external air cooling, internal air cooling, water cooling, and other special shapes. After precision machining, the cast aluminum electric heater has a smooth surface without casting defects, and it can closely fit the heated body. The surface load of the cast aluminum heater can reach 1-3 W/cm2, with an operating temperature from room temperature to 350°C. It is an effective heater with uniform heat distribution; the aluminum alloy material with good thermal conductivity ensures uniform heating of the entire heater, reducing temperature differences on the equipment surface; it has long service life, good thermal insulation performance, strong mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, and magnetic resistance. Adding insulation devices to the heat dissipation surface can save about thirty percent of electricity.

  1. Determine the accurate drawings: Before forging each product, our manufacturer will confirm the accurate drawings with the customer, and professional customer service and technical personnel will provide detailed drawing explanations to ensure that the manufactured cast aluminum heating plate meets the customer's requirements.

  2. Open molds and make electric heating plate parts: Open molds according to professional drawings, and at the same time, manufacture the electric heating plates. The heating elements are made of excellent alloy wires, high-temperature resistant magnesium oxide powder, with a megohm of over 50. A professional manufacturing team processes them into heating plates suitable for heater use according to the drawings.

  3. Casting technology: The cast heating plate has a smooth surface, no sand holes, and no forging defects. The heating elements are directly cast into one piece, with a service life of up to 3-5 years. Usually, for exported high-precision heating plates, a spare set of heating elements is provided, and the service life can reach 7-8 years.

  4. Factory inspection: Every cast aluminum heating plate product is strictly inspected before leaving the factory, ensuring product quality.

 

  Usage methods and maintenance of cast aluminum heater:

  1. First, check whether the power supply voltage at the use site matches the rated voltage of this product. If different, a power supply voltage with the same rated voltage as this product should be equipped.

  2. To ensure safety, remember to reliably ground the equipment shell.

  3. If the electric heater product is stored for more than three months before use, it should be dried by intermittent power-on under allowable conditions: heat for ten minutes, power off for half an hour, and repeat three to four times to expel moisture inside the heating elements.

  4. During storage, the electric heater should be protected from moisture and corrosion, and stored in a well-ventilated place.
