The cable slide rail product consists of three main parts: flat cable, four-wheel trolley for carrying the cable, and guide rail. The flat cable is made of non-flammable material, can be used indoors and outdoors and in places exposed to oil stains, has certain weather resistance, and compared with round cable, it has advantages such as small bending radius and long service life.   The rail is formed by cold-drawing cold-rolled steel plate in one pass to ensure the accuracy of the rail cross-section dimensions, replacing the unsafe, heavy angle steel and other conductive methods, which have disadvantages such as dust accumulation on indoor sliding lines and short circuits caused by outdoor icing, affecting use. It also has domestic pioneering characteristics. The rail unit length is 4~6m, connected by couplers, and can be extended to any length as needed.

Working principle of cable slide rail:

The starting end of the flat cable (connected to the on-site junction box) is fixed to the starting end fixer of the guide rail, and then according to the space allowed for operation on site, at appropriate intervals (1-2.5mm) it is sequentially fixed on the four-wheel trolleys carrying the cable. The cable end (connected to the power supply) is fixed on the last trolley (traction vehicle). Through the spring pull of the pulling device on the trolley, the trolley moves back and forth, and through the dragging of the cable (if the length exceeds 20m, a traction rope should be considered to protect the cable from tension), it drives all trolleys to slide freely at any speed in the rail. The guide rail is easy to install, no debugging required, and has advantages such as contactless power supply, safe and reliable.
