First, clean the concrete foundation, install the bottom frame, mount the base section on the bottom frame, and add three standard sections. Then measure the verticality of the guide rail, requiring a deviation of ≤1/1000; then tighten the anchor bolts.
(2) Install the cage
Use lifting equipment to accurately position the cage from above the standard section, roughly adjust the lower swing wheels and side rollers of the cage, install the guardrail on top of the cage, and adjust the mechanical door locks of each door.
(3) Install the transmission plate
Use lifting equipment to accurately position the transmission plate from above the standard section, roughly adjust the rollers; connect the transmission plate and the cage with pins.
(4) Install the boom
Place the boom into the installation hole on the top of the cage, and it can be used after connecting the power supply.
(5) Install the counterweight system (referring to elevators with counterweight)
First, install the buffer spring at the counterweight position on the bottom frame; use lifting equipment to lift the counterweight and place it into the counterweight track from the top of the guide rail frame; adjust the roller clearance.
(6) Install the guide rail frame
Use the installation boom to lift a standard section (note that the end with the taper sleeve faces down), place it steadily on the top of the cage, start the cage to move upward, and stop when the top of the cage is about 300mm away from the top of the guide rail. Be careful not to hit the top! Then use the boom to lift the standard section, slightly higher than the top of the guide rail, rotate the boom to align the standard section with the top of the guide rail, lower it, and tighten the connecting bolts. Repeat this process to gradually raise the guide rail. When reaching the position for installing the wall attachment frame, install it promptly.
(7) Install the wall attachment frame
First, install the front attachment rod on the column guide rail, then install the wall attachment frame; then adjust the verticality, tighten the bolts; finally, slowly start the cage to check if it collides with the wall attachment frame.
(8) Installation of the top wheel and counterweight wire rope When the guide rail frame is installed to the required height, the elevator with counterweight should have the top wheel installed at the top, and the counterweight should be suspended with a wire rope. First, lift the top wheel to the top of the cage, after the cage rises to the top, lift it to the top of the guide rail frame, install the bolts; then thread the counterweight wire rope and tighten the rope clips. Note: There should be more than 3 rope clips, spaced more than 100mm apart, with the clip base plate on the stressed side of the wire rope.
(9) Adjust the length of the counterweight wire rope so that when the cage reaches its maximum height, the distance from the counterweight to the ground is ≥550mm.
(10) Install the cable system
The lifting height of the elevator is relatively high, and the power drive device is on the cage, so the retraction and extension of the cable is also important. The cable system includes a guide system with a cable trolley, and also a guide system without a cable trolley where the cable is externally placed. Regardless of the type, specialized electrical personnel must cooperate for installation.
(11) Inspection after installation
After installation, inspection must be carried out before operation. Key points for inspection include: the tightness of all fasteners, and whether the actions of each cable trolley limit switch and electromechanical interlocking device are correct and error-free.
