Sliding contact lines have two types: combined structure and composite structure. They are supported by high-strength special insulators, which are installed or welded on the brackets of the beam. They form a mobile power supply system for each hoisting equipment. Due to movement, mobile equipment needs to constantly change positions. At each different position, the mobile equipment must be able to obtain power batteries at any time, otherwise they will not be able to move. At this time, the contact line came into being, placing many conductors parallel along the execution track of the mobile equipment to open the battery. On the mobile equipment, a collector that can draw power from the conductor is installed. Therefore, as the facility moves, the collector moves in sync with the facility, and the battery is taken from the conductor at any time and provided to the facility, allowing the facility to continue moving.
Sliding contact lines have advantages such as long service life. The rolling track is formed by cold-rolled steel plate in one cold drawing to ensure the accuracy of the track cross-section dimensions. The copper tube busbar replaces the unsafe, heavy, indoor dust accumulation, outdoor icing causing short circuits and affecting use of angle steel and other conductive methods. It has more domestic characteristics. The track uses coupling connector heads, which can be extended to any length as needed. Sliding contact lines can drive all trolleys to slide freely at any speed in the rolling track. The guide rail is easy to install, no debugging required, and has advantages such as contactless power supply, safe and reliable.
The quality of sliding contact lines can be measured according to the following standards:
1. Carbon brush service life - it is a consumable item. The quality of carbon brushes varies, with a difference of up to twice. Installation quality, travel distance, and speed affect the carbon brush maintenance cycle.
2. Shell quality - applicable temperature, environment, etc.
3. Collector performance - mainly from the wheel service life, turning wheel design, and whether the collector can be used in various environments.
4. Expansion issue - when the length exceeds 100 meters, expansion issues need to be considered.
5. Voltage drop issue - voltage drop varies according to the length of various copper bars.
Installation work sequence:
1. Install the angle steel bracket along the track at the preset position. The spacing of the brackets should follow the standard distance as much as possible, and ensure it is parallel to the centerline of the track.
2. Install the lifting clamp on the angle steel bracket, and set the nut in an appropriate position to ensure that the lifting clamp can also move left and right on the long hole of the bracket.
3. Install the sliding guide rail from one end of the track, so that the distance from one end to the bracket is as much as possible 750mm.
4. Assemble the terminal sheath, joints and joint sheath, power input and sheath.
5. Install the expansion components, and reasonably set the gap of the components according to the ambient temperature of the site.
6. Install the fixed clamp.
7. Choose a reasonable position to install the collector bracket on the mobile equipment to ensure that the collector is at the standard height.
8. Install the collector.
9. Connect the input cable and the collector cable.
10. After confirming the installation is correct, turn on the power for test drive, and check whether the phase sequence of the power supply needs to be changed.
11. Run the equipment slowly and repeatedly to both ends of the track, paying attention to observe whether there is collision, fire, and collector deviation. If there is any abnormality, immediately stop the power, find out the cause of incorrect installation and adjust.
12. After confirming that the equipment runs repeatedly without abnormality, turn off the power again, and tighten all fixing bolts of the lifting clamp.
13. Turn on the power for test drive and confirm the installation is correct.
