Rigid copper sliding contact lines are safe, reliable, and have excellent mechanical and electrical properties, making them easy to install and maintain. The phase spacing is, and the protective housing is made of engineering plastic and aluminum-plastic alloy, with conductors made of aluminum alloy (with embedded stainless steel strips) or pure copper. They are unaffected by rain, snow, frost, and are suitable for harsh environments such as outdoor, water mist, acid mist, and conductive dust. To ensure the normal use of safe sliding contact lines, standardized operation by crane operators, regular maintenance by maintenance workers, and periodic inspections are also essential.
(1) Installation of brackets: The brackets should be perpendicular to the crane track and parallel to the crane runway. The spacing is one set per three meters, with a longitudinal error of one centimeter and a transverse error within two centimeters;
(2) Installation of insulators: The insulators should maintain a straight line overall and be fixed on the reserved gaps of the brackets;
(3) Installation of sliding contact lines: There are two installation methods for sliding contact lines: one is top-mounted sliding contact lines, and the other is side-mounted sliding contact lines. Loosen the screws on the pressure plate above the insulator group, place the sliding contact line on the steel base, then tighten the screws. The steel sliding contact line should be placed on the bracket;
(4) Installation of temperature compensator: The temperature compensator adjusts the expansion and contraction of the steel sliding contact line due to temperature changes. First, fix the clamping plate on the reserved gap of the steel sliding contact line. To allow the temperature compensator to function, do not tighten the connecting screws tightly; use double nuts to tighten;
(5) Sectional maintenance isolation device: Its installation depends on the design;
(6) Installation of current collector: The current collector is fixed on the current collector bracket, which needs to be made according to specific conditions. After installing the current collector, lower the pressure limit plate to ensure good pressure between the carbon brush and the sliding contact line surface;
(7) Safety of auxiliary cable fixing clamp: Install it at the connection point of the sliding contact line;
(8) Safety of power supply terminal: Install it at the connection point of the sliding contact line.
