They are composed of anchoring bodies, reinforced hangers, seismic connecting components, and seismic diagonal braces.

On October 9, 2014, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of China promulgated the "Code for Seismic Design of Building Electromechanical Engineering" GB50981-2014 (hereinafter referred to as the "Code"), and the Ministry's Announcement No. 585 mandated its implementation from August 1, 2015. The Code explicitly stipulates for the first time: "1.0.4 Building electromechanical engineering facilities in areas with seismic design intensity of 6 degrees and above must undergo seismic design."
