M-type Busbar



C-type, M-type, and U-type low-power copper busbars are made as single poles and assembled in multiple poles. They are suitable for automated warehouses, electric trolleys, various automated assembly lines, inspection lines, etc.



Busbars can also be applied outdoors, with two installation methods: overhead and trench. The so-called overhead installation method involves fixing stainless steel frames to the ground at standard distances, then erecting angle steel and trolley slide wire brackets on top, and installing the busbar in place. When installed this way, the height of the steel frame can be adjusted based on whether there are pedestrians or vehicles passing by the side of the busbar. If the installation environment is relatively safe, the steel frame can be 50 centimeters above the ground to meet requirements; but if vehicles or pedestrians pass by, it must be more than 2 meters. The trench installation method requires on-site measurement and calculation of trench depth based on the crane and installation environment, then installing pre-embedded plates on one side of the trench, welding the busbar mounting brackets onto the plates, and then installing the busbar. In comparison, the trench installation method is more complex to operate and has stricter requirements.



Compact bus ducts are commonly used in AC power supply systems of high-rise buildings. A bus duct is a busbar system composed of a metal plate (steel plate or aluminum-magnesium alloy plate) as the protective shell, conductive bars, insulating materials, and related accessories. According to the insulation method, bus ducts can be divided into three types: air-type bus ducts, compact insulated bus ducts, and high-strength bus ducts.





C-type and M-type row busbar current collectors  HXPnR-M, HXPnR-C, HXPnR-Ω series single-pole combined busbars are composed of M-type, C-type, Ω-type copper conduits with matching PVC insulating sheaths, external current collectors, and corresponding brackets, end caps, bell mouths, connector slides, and other components. This product, with its small size, compact structure, stable performance, and flexible combination, is widely used in conveyor lines and inspection lines in industries such as automotive, postal, machinery, chemical, tobacco, and electrical appliances for mobile power supply and signal transmission.



C-type and M-type row busbar current collectors are the main devices for picking up electrical energy on the collector side of the busbar system. They directly conduct electrical energy to the electrical equipment through sliding contact between the collector brush and the guide rail, thereby achieving mobile power supply for the system. The current collector consists of two parts: a mechanical tension device and a collector brush that directly slides in contact with the guide rail. By analyzing successful application cases of bus ducts in AC systems, operators choose compact insulated bus ducts as the power transmission medium in DC power supply systems, which can more reliably and safely transmit electrical energy to the load side.



This product consists of three aspects: cable carriers, conductors, and flat cables. Usually, the flat cable is made of non-combustible materials and can be used outdoors and in areas with oil stains. It also needs to have certain weather resistance. Round cables have a much smaller bending radius and longer lifespan. The track is made of cold-rolled steel plate through a single cold drawing process, which ensures the precision of the track cross-section size and also ensures that angle steel and some unsafe conductive methods are avoided. The weight of the cable busbar is relatively large, and if there is ice outdoors, it can cause short circuits, affecting our use.
