This device adopts a frame-type overall design, is easy to install, and can be directly welded onto the maintenance cage platform. When in use, the handwheel is turned to rotate the screw rod, causing the support pulley of the current collector to extend and retract. DHK-320A Rigid Current Collector enables the power supply to be quickly disconnected during equipment installation and maintenance, and it can still be used even when the sliding line is not equipped with a maintenance switch. During equipment operation, the handwheel is turned to rotate the screw rod to lock the current collector in a fixed position, securing the fixing device, making equipment operation safer, more stable, and more reliable, and making the entire sliding contact line system more complete.
Operating Instructions for DHK-320A Rigid Current Collector:
1. When the equipment needs to be powered off, first disconnect the main switch of the electrical equipment, then open the four locking devices on the maintenance device of the current collector, firmly hold the crank handle, and turn it clockwise to completely disengage the current collector from the sliding contact line power supply. 2. When the equipment needs power, turn the handle in the opposite direction until the current collector reaches its fixed position, then lock the device to put it into operation.
