JYTM Insulated Tubular Busbar DARUI
Darui Electric recommends for you
Compared with traditional busbars, tubular insulated busbars have the following characteristics:
Large current carrying capacity
The main body of the tubular insulated busbar is a hollow copper tube or aluminum alloy tube, with a large surface area. Compared with cables and rectangular busbars, the current density distribution on the conductor surface is uniform, and the maximum rated current can reach 12000A.
Good insulation performance, small footprint, wide application range
The tubular insulated busbar adopts a sealed composite shielding insulation method, and its insulation structure is similar to that of cables. The shell grounding potential is zero, the electric field distribution on the busbar surface is uniform, and the electrical insulation performance is strong. It can directly pass through cable trenches, cable interlayers, and cable tunnels. Conventional busbars (rectangular busbars, isolated phase busbars) usually have high environmental requirements and large space requirements, so in many places with harsh environments and narrow spaces, the use of conventional busbars is greatly limited or even impossible. The tubular insulated busbar is not afraid of harsh environments and occupies very little installation space, especially conducive to layout in narrow spaces. Its application range is wider and its reliability is stronger.
High mechanical strength
The allowable stress of the main body of the tubular insulated busbar is 4 times that of the rectangular busbar, it can withstand large short-circuit currents, has high mechanical strength, and the maximum support span of the busbar can reach 8 meters. Conventional busbars must be supported by cable trays.
Good heat dissipation, low temperature rise
The tubular insulated busbar is a hollow conductor with ventilation holes at both ends. The inner diameter air duct can naturally form hot air convection, and the heat dissipation condition is better than that of conventional busbars.
Low loss
The shape of the tubular insulated busbar determines its low skin effect coefficient, Kf≦1, small AC resistance, and thus small power loss of the busbar. The dielectric loss of the insulation layer of the composite shielded tubular insulated busbar is less than 0.01%.
High heat resistance coefficient of insulation material
The main insulation material of the tubular insulated busbar is polytetrafluoroethylene, which has excellent electrical properties and chemical stability, can work normally at -200℃~+200℃, has small dielectric loss, flame retardant, aging resistance, and combined with other insulation materials, the product service life is ≧30 years.
Strong resistance to electrical vibration
The dynamic stability test results show that a copper tubular busbar with a voltage of 10kV and a rated current of 4000A can withstand a 63kA (4s) short-circuit current impact. It can directly fix the busbar on steel frames or concrete supports, eliminating wall bushing and post insulators, and has strong vibration resistance. Its earthquake resistance reaches level 7, or even higher.
Not affected by environmental interference, high reliability
Each phase of the tubular insulated busbar is closed shielded insulation, no condensation inside, and eliminates grounding and phase-to-phase short circuit faults caused by external moisture, dust, and foreign objects, and the operation has high reliability.
Simple busbar structure, clear layout, convenient installation, maintenance-free, long life
The structure of the tubular insulated busbar is similar to that of a cable, with reliable insulation and high safety. Once installed successfully, it is maintenance-free for life, and the service life can reach at least 30 years.
The insulation structure of the composite shielded tubular insulated busbar not only has the characteristics of cables, but also has the characteristics of large current carrying capacity of channel busbars, so its application range is very wide. It can not only be laid indoors and outdoors overhead, but also can be applied in cable trenches, cable tunnels, cable interlayers, wind power towers and other occasions. Abroad, similar busbar products are also called “tubular cables”.
