The steel body busbar current collector, also known as the current receiver or conductor, is available in single-brush and double-brush types. According to the installation form, it can be divided into top-mounted current collectors and side-mounted current collectors.
The current on the busbar is conducted to the electrical equipment through the current collector. The current collector is installed on the current collector bracket, which is mounted on the moving equipment. As the equipment moves, the carbon brush of the current collector moves within the busbar, ensuring uninterrupted power supply.
The contact shoe is the most critical component of the current collector. Our contact shoes are made with a graphite alloy copper formula and processed through high-temperature treatment with special techniques, offering wear resistance that is 4-5 times that of similar domestic products.
The connecting rod of the current collector is made of alloy steel and undergoes vulcanization treatment, enhancing its oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance.
High-quality stainless steel springs with stable performance are used to more effectively ensure reliable contact between the contact shoe and the busbar, preventing the generation of arcs and sparks.
