U12 Single-pole Combined Busbar
The HXPnR-M, HXPnR-C, and HXPnR-Ω series single-pole combined busbars are composed of M-type, C-type, and Ω-type copper conduits, along with matching PVC insulating sheaths, external current collectors, and corresponding brackets, ports, bell mouths, joint slides, and other components. This product is widely used in the conveyor lines and testing lines of industries such as automotive, postal services, machinery, chemical, military, and electrical appliances as mobile power supply and signal transmission, due to its small size, compact structure, stable performance, and flexible combination.

C-type and M-type busbar current collectors The HXPnR-M, HXPnR-C, and HXPnR-Ω series single-pole combined busbars are composed of M-type, C-type, and Ω-type copper conduits, along with matching PVC insulating sheaths, external current collectors, and corresponding brackets, ports, bell mouths, joint slides, and other components. This product is widely used in the conveyor lines and testing lines of industries such as automotive, postal services, machinery, chemical, military, and electrical appliances as mobile power supply and signal transmission.
C-type and M-type row-type busbar current collectors are the main devices for picking up electrical energy on the current collection side of the busbar system. They directly conduct electrical energy to the electrical equipment through the sliding contact between the carbon brush and the guide rail, thereby achieving mobile power supply for the system. The current collector consists of two parts: the tension device of the mechanical structure and the carbon brush that directly slides in contact with the guide rail. (Industry: busbar, sliding wire, sliding conductor, sliding contact mobile power transmission and supply. Product Introduction:
The HXPnR-Ω U-type busbar is made of hot-rolled copper and matches the carbon brush of the current collector. The busbar is installed in an insulating sheath, with a length of ≤4M per piece. The sheath color is yellow, among which the yellow-green one is the ground wire, and its conductivity is continuous. It can be bent into arc segments in both horizontal and vertical directions, which can be manufactured in the factory or processed on site.
The HXPnR-Ω U-type busbar is a novel power feeding device that is increasingly valued in developed countries. Our company has developed and produced this series of products after digesting and absorbing the product technology from Italy and West Germany.
This device adopts single-pole arrangement in specially formulated semi-closed engineering plastics, with n (n≥3) rows embedded inside. It has a compact structure, and n (n≥3) sets of collector trolleys are dragged by the mobile power receiving facility to feed power synchronously.
The product is suitable for transmitting AC 50HZ/60HZ, 600V power, as well as 660V DC power. For special occasions, it can be used for 2500V high voltage and low current transmission.

Composition Structure:
Bracket
The bracket is made of engineering plastics. It can be arranged in combination to form multiple poles, support the busbar, and prevent the wire from bending or breaking. There are two types of brackets: one with a center distance of 12mm, and the other with a center distance of 14mm. In the straight section, one bracket is installed every 0.8m, and at the curve, one bracket is installed every 0.4m.
