300A Single-Pole Trolley WireThe single-pole combined trolley wire features high speed operation, large current capacity, and excellent temperature resistance, with a protection level up to IP23. The top of the inner cavity of the aluminum trolley wire guide rail and the contact surface of the collector are combined using cold-pressure welding technology, integrating stainless steel strips with aluminum conductors to avoid galvanic corrosion between copper and aluminum and enhance wear resistance, achieving a lifespan of over 10 years. The contact surface between the conductor and the collector is made into a "V"-shaped groove, ensuring smooth operation of the collector.
300A Single-Pole Trolley Wire: The conductive main body of the single-pole trolley wire is an aluminum profile with an "H"-shaped cross-section, hence it is also called an "H"-type energy-saving trolley wire device. Energy saving is relative to trolley wires mainly made of angle steel, as the power loss during transmission is greatly reduced. The resistivity of aluminum is much lower than that of steel, and its specific gravity is also smaller. Rolling aluminum into an "H" shape ensures a certain conductive cross-sectional area while improving overall rigidity and strength. However, the surface hardness of aluminum is low and it is not wear-resistant. To make the aluminum base material suitable for practical use as a conductive trolley wire, the "H"-shaped middle beam is made into an arched shape, and wear-resistant stainless steel profiles are embedded here according to specified process procedures.
Brief description of trolley wire: Mobile equipment needs to constantly change positions due to movement. At each different position, the mobile equipment must be able to obtain power at any time, otherwise it cannot continue moving. At this point, the trolley wire comes into being. Several conductors are laid parallel along the running track of the mobile equipment and connected to the power supply. On the mobile equipment, a trolley wire collector that can draw power from the conductors is installed.
