1600A Busbar Trolley Collector Manufacturer

    The busbar trolley collector is the main device for picking up electrical energy on the collection side of the busbar trolley system. It directly conducts electrical energy to the electrical equipment through the sliding contact between the collector brush and the guide rail, thereby achieving mobile power supply for the system. The busbar trolley collector consists of two parts: a mechanical tension device and a collector brush that directly slides in contact with the guide rail. The shoe piece on the collector is made of copper-containing carbon-based pressed material. After purchase, check the fit with the sliding line. Since the collector itself is a consumable item, long-term use will wear the shoe piece, so it is necessary to regularly check the wear degree of the shoe piece on the collector and replace it periodically.
