Single-pole Safety Sliding Contact Line is referred to as single-pole sliding contact line. The conductor is made of professional conductive aluminum alloy profile, and the sheath is made of soft PVC engineering resin. A stainless steel strip is embedded in the aluminum alloy profile to increase the wear resistance of the aluminum alloy. Compared with traditional angle steel sliding contact lines, the resistance of aluminum alloy is greatly reduced, so the single-pole sliding contact line is a new type of energy-saving, safe, and environmentally friendly safety sliding contact line, widely used in machinery manufacturing, metallurgy and mining, steel processing, shipbuilding, and other industrial and mining enterprises.

Main features of single-pole sliding contact line:

1. Safety. Safety is the most important feature of the single-pole sliding contact line, especially the application of soft PVC sheath, which greatly enhances the safety level of the single-pole sliding contact line.


2. Economical and energy-saving. The high-quality aluminum alloy conductor has greatly reduced resistivity, making it economical and energy-saving.


3. Large current-carrying capacity. Single-pole sliding contact lines can be divided into light series and heavy series according to current-carrying capacity. The current starts from 200A and can reach a maximum of 3000A.


4. Low usage cost. Only the collector shoe needs to be replaced for the single-pole sliding contact line.


5. Low failure rate. The special 'H' shaped structure design of the single-pole sliding contact line ensures stable operation.


6. Long service life. It can last up to 15 years indoors and up to 8 years outdoors.
