Slide contact line is an energy-saving type

The product has undergone various environmental condition tests. It has good insulation performance and causes no harm to maintenance personnel who touch the outside of the power transmission conduit.
2. Slide contact line convenience: The power supply slide line device integrates multiple busbars into one conduit, making assembly simple. Its fixing brackets, connecting clamps, and suspension devices are supplied as universal parts, making installation, disassembly, adjustment, and maintenance very convenient.
3. Slide contact line economy: The power supply slide line device has a simple structure, using copper bars with high current density, low resistivity, and low voltage loss as the conductive main body. It can save about 6% of electricity, achieve replacing steel with plastic and copper with plastic, has a novel design, requires no additional insulation structure, no compensation wire, is installed on the same side as the crane control room, saves installation materials and costs, and its comprehensive cost is roughly the same as that of bare steel slide lines.

The brush is made of metal graphite material with high conductivity and high wear resistance. The current collector moves flexibly, has good directional performance, and effectively controls contact arcs and series arcs.
