How to Detect Installed Sliding Contact Lines Yangzhou Darui

1. The insulation resistance value between each phase of the sliding contact line and the flexible cable should be greater than 0.5MS2. Inspection method: vibration table test, or check test records.
2. The distance between the center line of the sliding connection and the actual center line of the crane track, as well as the horizontal or vertical distance between brackets of the same sliding connection, must remain unchanged, and the deviation value must not be greater than 1/1000 or greater than 10 mm.
3. The sliding connection is reliably fixed on the insulator. The connection of the sliding connection should be smooth, and the contact surface of the sliding connection is strictly prohibited from corrosion. Inspection method: observation and inspection.
4. There are no cracks or defects on the insulator, and the gasket between the insulator and the bracket is complete. The bracket is installed flat, firm, evenly spaced, and the paint color is uniform. The connecting bolt threads show 2~3 turns of the nut.
5. The installation of the sliding connection should comply with the following regulations:
(1) There is a 20 mm gap between the deformation joint and the maintenance section. The sliding end is smooth, and the bottom difference between the two ends does not exceed 1m.
(2) For painted parts, the color is correct and there is no missing paint. The indicator light is normal.
(8) The sliding contact device is stable throughout the entire stroke without large sparks. Inspection method: observe or check the installation trial run record.
(4) There is no missing corrosion of metal parts. Inspection method: observe and check the trial run record.
(5) The sliding connector is installed stably and firmly, the sliding surface is smooth, and the contact is good. When sliding, the center of the sliding contact device should not exceed the edge of the sliding line. The slider is flexible and unobstructed. Fully insulated. Inspection method: observation and trial run inspection.
(6) The metal frame below 5m in height is reliably grounded, and the cross-section of the grounding wire is correctly selected. No ground wire is missing. Inspection method: observation and inspection.
