The cable trolley is a form of power supply for the crane trolley. It consists of running wheels, a bracket, and a support plate. The soft cable is fixed on the support plate, and the traction frame moves in sync with the trolley, thereby achieving the purpose of power supply for the trolley.
Cable trolley as a relatively common logistics power transmission system, manufacturers and customers generally divide it into two categories according to the different types of its slide rail tracks: C-type rail I-beam trolley and I-type rail I-beam trolley. This type of power transmission system is suitable for most ordinary environments, and its performance and stability are relatively strong, with rare occurrences of short circuits, sparks, and other phenomena.
Moreover, the power transmission system can also be used in some relatively harsh environments, such as places with dust and large temperature differences. The composition of this type of power supply system requires three main parts: flat cables, cable trolleys, and cable slide rails. Among them, the cable trolley is further composed of a trolley bracket, pulleys, and a support plate. The simple operation mode of this type of power supply system is to fix the flat cable on the support plate, making the traction frame and the trolley move in sync, thereby achieving the purpose of power supply.
Features:
1. After the fixed wire hanging frame is installed, a stop iron should be welded at the back.
2. Adjust the traction head so that the trolley does not touch the upper and lower edges of the traction hole throughout the entire travel.
3. The cable length is 1.2 times the crane span plus 8 meters.
4. Adjust the traction wire rope so that its length is less than the length of the same section of cable; during operation, the traction wire rope is used.
