Selection method of BGY2 explosion-proof electric heater
1. First, fully understand the temperature requirements for using the electric heater, and select the appropriate electric heater equipment. Generally, the higher the power, the faster the heating, and the shorter the heating time for the explosion-proof electric heater; conversely, the opposite is true.
2. The electric heater equipment is strictly prohibited from dry burning, especially for immersion-type electric heating elements, which are directly supplied by the explosion-proof electric heater manufacturer. These electric heating elements are made of stainless steel 304.
3. Select the electric heating tube with appropriate power, and pay attention to the power load issue while ensuring the effective operating temperature.
4. Fully understand the usage environment of the electric heating tube, whether it is medium conduction or infrared radiation.
5. Fully understand the wiring method of the electric heater, usually star connection and three-star connection. A single electric heating tube can be connected to 220V.
