SRQ Air Heater Usage, Maintenance and Precautions
Usage, Maintenance and Precautions:
1. Components are generally arranged in a staggered pattern in the duct, with a relative distance between two components greater than 40 mm, so that the flowing air can be fully heated. The periphery of the duct should be insulated to reduce heat loss. A typical air velocity in the duct is 8-12 m/s, which is appropriate.
2. The terminals of the components should be installed outside the insulation layer, and the effective heating part must not be covered with insulation to avoid damaging the components.
3. Components should be stored in a dry place. If the insulation resistance drops below 1 megohm due to long-term storage, it can be restored by drying in an oven at about 200°C for several hours (or by applying low voltage to the components for several hours).
