Used for heating hydraulic oil and lubricating oil in hydraulic and lubrication devices, and also for heating non-corrosive gases or liquids.
HRY1HRY2|HRY3 Sheathed Tubular Electric Heater Precautions:
1. The element should be stored in a dry place. If the insulation resistance drops below 1 megohm due to long-term storage, it can be dried in an oven at about 200°C for several hours (or pass low voltage through the element for several hours) to restore the insulation resistance.
2. If carbon deposits are found on the tube surface, they must be completely removed before reuse to avoid reducing efficiency or even burning out the element.
3. When melting solid oils such as asphalt and paraffin, the voltage should be reduced during use, and then raised to the rated voltage after melting, to prevent concentrated power from reducing the element's service life.
