Cable slide rail structural characteristics and working principle
This product is composed of three main parts: flat cable, four-wheel trolley for carrying the cable, and guide rail. The flat cable is made of non-flammable material, suitable for indoor and outdoor use and places with oil contamination, with certain weather resistance. Compared with round cable, it has advantages such as smaller bending radius and longer service life.
The rail is formed by cold-rolled steel plate through one-time cold drawing to ensure the precision of the rail cross-section dimensions, replacing angle steel and other conductive methods that are unsafe, heavy, and prone to short circuits due to dust accumulation indoors or ice formation outdoors, which affect usage. It features domestic pioneering characteristics; the rail is supplied in lengths of 4-6 meters per unit, connected with couplers, and can be extended to any length as needed.
The working principle of this product is shown in the engineering application diagram (1). The starting end of the flat cable (connected to the on-site junction box) is fixed to the starting end fixer of the guide rail. Then, according to the allowable operating space on site, appropriate intervals (1-2.5mm) are set, and the cable is sequentially fixed to the four-wheel trolleys carrying the cable. The end of the cable (connected to the power supply) is fixed to the last trolley (traction vehicle). Through the spring pull of the pulling vehicle, the trolleys move back and forth, and through the dragging of the cable (if the length exceeds 20m, a traction rope should be considered to protect the cable from tension), all trolleys are driven to slide freely on the rail at any speed. The guide rail is easy to install, requires no debugging, and has the advantages of contactless power supply, making it safe and reliable.
