Structure of SRY6-1 Type 380V/5KW Sheathed Tubular Electric Heater
The heating tube is made by inserting electric heating wires into an outer tube (carbon steel tube, titanium tube, stainless steel tube, copper tube), filling the gaps with magnesium oxide powder that has excellent thermal conductivity and insulation properties, and then shrinking the tube. After heat treatment (not required for some tubes), it is processed into various shapes as required by the user. It has the characteristics of simple structure, high thermal efficiency, good mechanical strength, and excellent adaptability to harsh environments. It can be used for heating various liquids and acid-base salts, and is also suitable for melting low melting point metals.
Application range of tubular heaters: Suitable for heating air, oil, water, chemical media, hot pressing molds, melting salts, alkalis, and low melting point alloys. It has the features of high thermal efficiency, long service life, high mechanical strength, convenient installation, safety and reliability.
Shape classification of tubular heaters: Heating tubes are classified according to different shapes.
