Product Overview
The thermal oil boiler directly inserts the heating element into the organic carrier (thermal oil) for direct heating. It uses a circulation pump to force the thermal oil to undergo liquid-phase circulation, transferring heat to one or more heat-using equipment. After the heat is unloaded by the heat-using equipment, it returns to the heater through the circulation pump, absorbs heat again, and transfers it to the heat-using equipment. This cycle repeats, achieving continuous heat transfer, raising the temperature of the heated object to meet the process requirements of heating.
