Basic Knowledge of Tubular Heating Elements
A tubular heating element is a heating element made by placing a resistance wire in a metal tube, filling the gaps tightly with crystalline magnesium oxide powder that has good heat resistance, thermal conductivity, and insulation, and then processing it through other processes. It has the characteristics of simple structure, high mechanical strength, high thermal efficiency, safety and reliability, easy installation, and long service life. It is widely used in various nitrate salt tanks, water tanks, oil tanks, acid and alkali tanks for heating, as well as in devices such as metal melting furnaces, air heating furnaces, drying ovens, and hot pressing molds.
According to its types, it can be divided into
1. GYQ type air tubular heating element.
2. GYS type water tubular heating element.
3. GYXY type nitrate salt solution and GYJ type alkali solution tubular heating element.
4. GYY type oil tubular heating element.
5. GYM type cast aluminum tubular heating element.
6. GYM type mold tubular heating element.
