Application Range of U-shaped Electric Heater
1. The working voltage of the U-shaped electric heater must not exceed 1.1 times its rated value, and the shell should be effectively grounded.
2. The dimension “B" in the figure must be fully immersed in oil (and checked regularly) to avoid burning out. The heated oil should be free of corrosive gases.
3. The mounting hole size of this electric heater is φ65mm.
4. The tubular electric heating element is designed according to the standard of flowing oil, with a surface load of 2-3.8 w/cm2.
5. When selecting, the heater size should be determined based on the actual size of the heating medium.
