The quality of safe sliding contact wire can be measured according to the following standards:
1. Carbon brush service life--belongs to consumables, driving distance affects equipment maintenance cycle.
2. Quality of sliding contact wire shell--applicable temperature, environment, etc.
3. Expansion issue of sliding contact wire--expansion needs to be considered when length exceeds 100 meters.
4. Voltage drop issue--voltage drop varies according to the length of different copper bars.
Rigid body safe sliding contact wire: used for high current equipment, current can reach several thousand amperes.
Tubular sliding contact wire: combined according to different pole numbers, current can also reach thousand amperes.
Safe sliding contact wire is also called safe sliding line, sliding contact wire, sliding line.
Safe sliding contact wire is used to supply power to moving equipment, consisting of two parts: sliding rail (fixed part, connected to power supply, usually made of single length 4m/piece or 6m/piece connected), and current collector (sliding part, can slide on or inside the sliding rail and contact with copper bar to collect electricity, used to connect with moving motor).

I. Product structure: Type sliding contact wire consists of guide rail, protective cover, current collector, hanger, connector, fixing clamp, end cap, etc. According to user requirements, expansion section (thermal compensation device), maintenance section (isolator), etc. can also be configured.
II. Guide rail and protective cover: The guide rail is made of aluminum alloy profile with good conductivity and strong environmental adaptability (grade 6063, state T5). The lower part of the guide rail is embedded with a "V"-shaped stainless steel groove to ensure wear resistance, stability, and good contact when the current collector brush slides along the groove.
The guide rail is generally fixed length of 6 meters. The protective cover is made of engineering plastics with toughness, wear resistance, anti-aging, and flame retardant properties, providing good insulation protection for the guide rail and ensuring personal safety.
