The installation of brackets is very critical.
We need to first position two brackets on the track and adjust them to a horizontal state. If the overall installation line of the sliding contact line is relatively long, it is also necessary to add two more points for subsequent fixing. After that, a baseline should be established between the brackets by pulling a line, ensuring that the guide rail is parallel, and the error value must not exceed 1 centimeter. It is recommended to have a correct installation drawing to truly ensure the installation effect and avoid many problems.
Installation precautions.
When installing the sliding contact line, the sliding line, connectors, etc. should be arranged in order according to the installation requirements, which can save a lot of time during subsequent installation. Then, the corresponding components should be fixed onto the brackets, and the running track must always remain in a horizontal position. Special attention should be paid to the installation of temperature compensators. If each sliding line is 6 meters long, temperature compensators can be installed at the joints where lines are marked every 48-54 meters, making subsequent installation and use more convenient and avoiding certain wear.
