Main uses of the mechanical electric heating industry
Explosion-proof electric heaters are a high-efficiency, energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and safe explosion-proof industrial electric heating furnace developed based on advanced foreign electric heater technology, providing high-voltage thermal energy. This type of electric heating furnace operates by using electrical energy as a power source to convert its internal high-voltage temperature system into thermal energy.
Generally speaking, explosion-proof electric heating furnaces use thermal oil as the heat carrier. The internal high-voltage temperature system, through the forced processing of electrical energy by the circulation pump of the thermal oil, transfers the heat from the internal high-voltage temperature to one or more electric heating devices. After passing through the transition function in the high-voltage temperature system of the electric heating device, the thermal oil begins a new heating work cycle, i.e., it returns to the electric heating furnace through the circulation pump to absorb heat again and transfer it to the internal high-voltage temperature system of the electric heating furnace. Through this cyclic operation, the electric heating furnace continuously transfers heat.
