Pipeline Electric Heater
The pipeline electric heater is an electric heating device that heats the medium by converting electricity into heat energy. It uses stainless steel electric heating tubes as heating elements, and multiple baffles are installed inside the product to guide the residence time of the medium in the cavity, thereby ensuring uniform heating of the medium and improving heat exchange efficiency. The internal high-temperature voltage system of the pipeline electric heater is composed of metal tubes. During operation, the high-temperature circulation system is filled with magnesium aluminum oxide, which has good insulation and thermal conductivity. The tube ends are sealed with silicone ceramic. The structure is not only advanced but also provides excellent heating effects, making it an energy-saving and environmentally friendly pipeline electric heater.
II. Application Fields and Heating Range
The pipeline electric heater can heat the medium from the initial temperature to the required temperature.
