The HXPnR-H, HXPnR-H8, and HXPnR-H thickened series single-pole busbars, single-pole sliding line current collectors JDC-H-320A/current collectors for busbars, are composed of H-shaped aluminum alloy main body guide rails, pressed V-shaped stainless steel sliding strips, PVC insulation shells, external current collectors, and suspension, fixing and other components. The three-phase, four-wire, and five-wire busbars are widely used in occasions with large currents, high frequency of use, fast operation speed, and poor environments due to their novel design, reasonable structure, easy maintenance, anti-corrosion and dust-proof performance, and safe use.



[Detailed Description]



The HXPnR-Hn type safe and energy-saving busbar uses corrosion-resistant, excellent conductivity oxygen-free copper as the conductor, which has the advantages of high allowable current density and low impedance. The single-pole copper busbar adopts the contact surface form of aluminum alloy busbars, making the contact between the current collector and the guide rail sliding surface more reliable and stable. Since the external dimensions of the guide rail are the same as the aluminum guide rail, the accessories are interchangeable, demonstrating the universality of this product. While meeting the power supply for mobile equipment, the single-pole copper busbar can also be used as a power transmission busbar for fixed equipment or as a workshop busbar.



 



The JDC-H type, single-pole wire-type busbar is made of rare earth aluminum alloy, with large current-carrying capacity and small voltage drop. At the aluminum conductive surface and brush friction parts, wear-resistant stainless steel inserts are used to ensure mobile conductivity and effective service life. It is widely used for mobile power supply of various large-tonnage gantry cranes, bridge cranes, container cranes, and other mechanical equipment.
